Meta Ads Campaign Structure – My Work Reference
Running a successful ad campaign on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) requires a clear structure.

Here’s how I approach Meta Campaigns for my clients:
🔹 Step 1: Set up Your Campaign
I define the objective (traffic, leads, sales, engagement) based on client goals.
👉 Example: If the goal is lead generation, I optimize the campaign for conversions.
🔹 Step 2: Set up Your Ad Set
In this step, I decide:
- Target audience (age, interests, behaviors)
- Budget & schedule (daily or lifetime)
- Placements (Facebook feed, Instagram stories, Messenger, etc.)
👉 Audience research is the most important part here.
🔹 Step 3: Create Your Ad
Here I focus on:
- Creative design (images/videos)
- Ad copy (compelling, benefit-driven text)
- Call-to-action (CTA) that drives clicks
👉 Example: “Sign up today” or “Shop Now.”
🔹 Step 4: Publish & Optimize
Once the ad is live, I continuously monitor performance in Ads Manager.
- Track CTR, CPC, CPM
- Test different ad creatives (A/B testing)
- Scale ads that perform well
✅ This structure allows me to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable results.
